Introduction

Side dish used alot in denmark around christmas time. Has a long life hold time if kept in the refridgerator.. Tastes better if left
a day or so..

Ingredients

    1 cucumber with eatable skin
    ½ cup to 1 cup cider vinegar
    a few drops of sweetner to take the bitter taste of vinegar off. (be careful not to use too much)

Directions

Wash and slice the cucumber into slices, put into a glass dish or bowl.
Add the vinegar sweetned with a "few drops of sweetner.
Place in frigde and serve when cucumber is soft.
Tastes great to roast pork, chicken and any other game bird..
