Home Made Hummus

Introduction

Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    1 bag (12 oz) Dry Garbanzos (Chickpeas)
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup chipped garlic
    1/4 cup Tahini
    1 cup water

Directions

Soak Garbanzos according to instructions.
Boil Garbanzos until tender. Drain

Blend with rest of ingredients in food processor until creamy.

Yields 5 cups of hummus.
Serving ize about 1/4 cup.
