Easy Tomato Basil Soup

Ingredients

    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
    1/4 cup of fresh or 1 Tablespoon dried basil

In food processor or blender, puree tomatoes
onion and garlic.
Put into saucepan and add chicken broth.

Cook 10 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and basil.

Serve.
