    1 EGG WHITE LIGHTLY BEATEN
    1/4 CUP MILK
    3/4 CUP PANKO CRUMBS
    1/2 CUP ROMANO CHEESE GRATED
    1 TSP HOT SAUCE
    SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

    FONTINA FONDUE SAUCE

    1 TBLSP LIGHT MARGARINE
    1 TBLSP FLOUR
    1/2 SMALL ONION DICED FINELY
    1/2 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
    3/4 CUP NON FAT MILK
    4 OZ FONTINA CHEESE DICED
    1 TBLS PARSLEY DRIED

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN 400 DEGREES

COMBINE ALL MEATBALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND FORM INTO 12 BASEBALL SIZE MEATBALLS PLACE ON BAKING SHEET SPRAYED WITH COOKING SPRAY BAKE 30-40 MINUTES

WHILE MEATBALLS MAKE MAKE SAUCE

HEAT SMALL SAUCE PAN MELT BUTTER ADD ONION AND COOK UNTIL SOFT WHISK IN FLOUR COOK 1 MINUTE WHISK IN MILK AND BROTH BRING TO BOIL AND SLOWLY ADD FONTINA CHEESE STIR TO MELT SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER
