Farmer's Omelet

Introduction

This is a very stuffed omelet to fill the biggest appetite. If you want to take out the potatoes it is a lower carb meal too. This is a very stuffed omelet to fill the biggest appetite. If you want to take out the potatoes it is a lower carb meal too.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 eggs,
    1/4 cup ham,
    1/8 cup pork sausage,
    1/8 cup potato,
    1/8 cup onions,
    1/16 cup green pepper,
    1/4 cup cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Makes one very large omelet

cook ham, sausage and potato and add sauteed onion and green peppers. Set aside.

Scramble three eggs and salt and pepper to taste. Cook in omelet skillet till lightly browned, flip, sprinkle shredded cheese over entire egg, add filling, fold egg in half and serve.
