Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups almond milk
    1 TSP spirulina
    4 TSP hemp protein powder, organic, raw
    1 TSP Premium ground Flaxseed
    1 banana
    2 cups whole strawberries
    1 cup (unsweetened) blueberries
    ice to thicken as desired

    ** I use all organic ingredients, or as many as I can find depending on season
    ** If you use frozen blueberries and strawberries, you don't need to thaw the blueberries, but the strawberries I thaw about 75% power in the microwave for 1 - 1 1/2 min.

Directions

Fill blender with ingredients in the order listed, and blend on high until fully mixed. Your blending settings will vary greatly, but I use the Blentec and press the "smoothie" button.
