Ingredients

    2 cups of Chicken Broth
    1/2 of a chicken roast (leftovers from the day before), mainly the chicken breast and thighs
    4 cloves of Garlic
    Box of Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Linguine, Whole Wheat, 13.25 oz
    3 cups of fresh Spinach
    3 sprigs of fresh Parsley
    1 tbsp of Basil
    5 cups Water
    2 cubes of Chicken bouillon
    2 cupes of fresh chopped Broccoli
    1 cup of chopped Onions


Directions

Boil remaining leftover chicken from the night before in a cup of water and chicken broth with herbs, chicken bouillon cubes, onions, and garlic. Boil for about 1 hour. Transfer broth to slow cooker. Cube or strip chicken, then add to broth in slow cooker. Add chopped broccoli. Split linguine noodles in half. Add to slow cooker. Then add fresh spinach on the top. Slow cook on low for about 3 hours.
