2 Chicken breasts, cooked. (chopped) 1/2 pkg (4oz) cream cheese 2 green onions (chopped) 1 can crescents
Sauce: 1/4 can (3oz) low-fat cream of chicken soup 1/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix the first three ingredients in a medium bowl. Lay out the crescents on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Put the crescents together so there are four large squares. Put the chicken and filling on two of the squares, reserving some of the filling for sauce. Place the other two squares over the squares topped with filling and seal edges by pinching. Bake for 20min until golden brown. Mix sauce ingredients and reserved filling and cook in microwave for 2 1/2 min on high, stirring halfway through. Serve over each pocket.
