Bean Salad

Introduction

Any combination of beans will work for this recipe, dried beans that have been cooked can also be used. Any combination of beans will work for this recipe, dried beans that have been cooked can also be used.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 c Splenda
    1/2 c Canola oil
    1/2 c Apple cider vinegar
    1 - 14 oz can Kidney beans, rinsed & drained
    2 - 14 oz can Green or Yellow waxed beans, rinsed & drained
    1 - 14 oz can Black beans, rinsed & drained
    1 - 19 oz can Navy beans, rinsed & drained
    1 large onion, minced
    2 cups of finely chopped celery
    1 cup chopped yellow pepper

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine splenda, oil, & vinegar. Mix well.
2. Add beans, celery, peppers, & onion. Stir & let stand for a few hours, then serve.
Will taste better if let sit overnight to let flavors mix.

Serves 8 large servings
