Chicken Italiano

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 box Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 4 cup
    1 jar Garlic Mushroom Pasta Sauce, 1/2 cup, 6 serving
    2 4 oz cans Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
    *1 package Cheese, Italian Style shredded Cheese, 2 cup
    *4 4 oz Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 16oz

Directions

Put water on to boil for spaghetti. cook according to directions
Put Chicken in shallow dutch oven. drain mushrooms, put over chicken. Pour pasta sauce over chicken and mushrooms. Put on burner at medium heat, covered. Cook 20-30 minutes until chicken is cooked.
Put one cup spaghetti on plate, add 1 chicken breast and and 1/4 of sauce and mushrooms. Top with 1/4 cup shredded italian cheese.
Serve with a green salad.
