Introduction

Extremely potent and healthful soup, made in an instant in your blender! Extremely potent and healthful soup, made in an instant in your blender!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup hot organic vegetable broth, low sodium
    5 medium tomatoes, cut in fourths
    1 cup purple cabbage, cut in chunks
    1/2 small white onion, peeled and cut in fourths
    1/4 tsp basil (or 1/4 cup fresh)
    1 to 3 cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp. celtic sea salt (optional)

Directions

Place ingredients in blender in order listed. Blend until pureed.

Note: I use a Blentec blender. It's only necessary to press the "soups" button if using this brand. Adjust blending to fit your particular situation.
