2 c chicken, cooked & cubed
8 c cabbage, chopped
2 cans condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 c chopped onions
1 c mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c carrots, grated
4 c cooked rice
*Saute the cabbage, carrots and onions in a non-stick pan until tender
*Spread 1/3 of the chicken mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Then 1/3 of the cabbage mixture. Repeat layers 2x.
*Bake at 350 until heated through - Makes 8 servings
