    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup
    Velveeta Light Cheese Product, 3 oz
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    heartland whole wheat penne, 6 cup

Directions
