Introduction

got this from the magic bullet recipe book; you could also make it on your own by using a blender/food processor or just stirring it together. got this from the magic bullet recipe book; you could also make it on your own by using a blender/food processor or just stirring it together.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1/4 of a cored apple (about 1/4 c)
    silce of onion (about 1/8 c)
    1 c cooked chicken
    2 Tbspwalnuts
    1-2 Tbsmayonnaise
    1/4 c milk 1% to help so it is not so sticky in magic bullet

Directions

makes 5 1/4 cup servings
add ingredients to your food processor or magic bullet (use the cross blade)
use the pulse technique or mix until chopped and well blended.
serve on bread, toast or greens whatever you perfer.
