1 16 oz bag small white beans
approx 8 oz of ham
I don't usually use the instructions on the beans, so this is without soaking.
Sort and clean beans, put in pan. Add Ham and
water, and boil for 4 hours adding water as needed.
Dice carrots and add to beans. Cook for another 2 hrs or until beans and carrots are tender.
