220 g Beef, cut into strips
2 medium Onions, sliced thinly
1 tablespoon Cornflour
200 g Mushrooms, quarted
125 ml Water
1 Â½ teaspoon Mustard, Dijon
pinch Parsley, dried
500 ml Milk
10 ml Oil
Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
Add onions and mushrooms and cook until soft.
Add meat to onion mixture.
Add water to the cornflour to form a smooth paste.
Add flour-paste to skillet and cook over low heat until sauce thickens.
Mix mustard and milk together and add to skillet, cook until sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper.
