Lamb and Pea Curry

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    330 g Lamb, cubed
    180 g Potatoes, cubed
    200 g Peas, frozen
    400 g Tomatoes, chopped finely
    2 tablespoons Curry powder
    2 ½ tablespoon Oil
    pinch Tumeric powder
    1 large Onion, chopped
    1 teaspoon Garlic, crushed
    pinch Salt, to taste
    Water

Directions

Heat oil in pan and add onion, garlic, tumeric powder and sauté for 5 mins.
Add half the tomatoes and curry powder and simmer for 5 mins.
Add lamb and remaining tomatoes and cook for 5 mins.
Add enough water to cover meat, add potatoes and peas.
Simmer over low heat until potatoes are cooked and meat is tender.
