Bean and Mince Soup

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    500 g Baked beans
    450 g Potatoes, cubed
    3 ½ tablespoon Oil
    250 g Mince
    300 g Tomatoes, canned
    1 large Onion, sliced
    ½ teaspoon Garlic, crushed
    2 stalks Celery, chopped
    Salt and Pepper, to taste
    500 ml Water

Directions

Heat oil in pan.
Add onions, celery, garlic and sauté for 2 mins.
Add tomatoes and cook for 5 mins.
Add beans, potatoes, water, mince and simmer over low heat until potatoes are cooked.
Season with salt and pepper.
