Introduction

This was an experiment for me. I like the flavor of these. However, next time I would add more flour and a little less salt since the ranch seasoning has salt too. This was an experiment for me. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups shredded zucchini
    1/3 cup chopped onions
    2 cloves garlic
    1 egg beaten
    1/4 cup white flour
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp dryed basil
    1 tsp Vegetarian Express Saucy Ranch seasoning
    4 tsp olive oil for frying

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. measure out 1/4 cup for each patty and fry four to five minutes on each side. Use a non stick frying pan and 1-2 tsp olive oil for each batch. Set heat at medium to medium low for frying.
