Angel Fruit Cake

Introduction

Low Fat and fairly low Calorie cake. Makes LARGE pieces and is great with Light Cool Whip on it! Low Fat and fairly low Calorie cake. Makes LARGE pieces and is great with Light Cool Whip on it!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 box of Angel Food Cake mix
    1 can of Crushed Pineapple in its own juice
    (other fruit can be substituted - I recommend peaches)

Directions

If using a canned fruit other than pineapple, blend 1 can of Peaches (or other fruit) in food processor until the consistency of crushed pineapple. Mix Angel Food Cake mix and fruit (with its juice!) in a large bowl. Put mixture in ungreased baking pan and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Cake is done when it begins to crack and is a golden brown. Slice into 12 LARGE pieces.
