Beef and Vegetable Stew

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    330 g Beef, cubed
    3 medium Carrots, sliced
    400 g Green beans, sliced
    360 g Potatoes, cubed
    1 large Onion, chopped
    1 ½ tablespoon Oil
    2 teaspoon Flour
    Salt and Pepper, to taste
    Water

Directions

Heat oil, add onion, beef and brown on all sides.
Add salt, pepper, water and simmer until beef is cooked.
Add vegetables and simmer until tender.
Combine flour with water and add to bredie to thicken.
Season with more salt and pepper if necessary.
