Â½ leg Lamb
6 cloves Garlic
3 sprigs Rosemary, fresh
300 g Green beans, roughly chopped
3 tablespoons Lamb spice
Salt and Pepper, to taste
60 ml Oil
Season with salt, pepper and crushed rosemary.
Mix vegetables with oil.
Place lamb in oven tray and roast in pre-heated oven at 180á´¼.
Add vegetables to roasting pan 30 mins before lamb is ready.
