Spicy Shrimp

Introduction

These quick and easy shrimp are great on salad, rice, pasta or steak and pack a lot of protein. These quick and easy shrimp are great on salad, rice, pasta or steak and pack a lot of protein.

Ingredients

    1/2 lb shrimp, tails on
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
    1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
    1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

Directions

Preheat broiler. Clean, devein, and remove shell on shrimp, leaving tails. Place into sandwich sized ziplock bag and add olive oil and seasonings. Marinade at room temperature for 20 minutes, turning over halfway. Place shrimp on broiler pan and brush with leftover marinade. Broil for 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
