Introduction

Makes 48 meatballs Makes 48 meatballs
Number of Servings: 48

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped onion
    1 tsp butter
    salt and pepper
    2 lbs ground venison
    1 lb ground pork
    5 oz. chopped spinach, frozen and thawed

Directions

Saute onion in butter. Combine all ingredients and form into 48 meatballs. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
