Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    1 1/2 cups onion
    1 cup bell pepper
    1 can diced tomotes
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 can chili beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1/4 cup sugar

Brown beef, add onion garlic, and bell peppers cook until translucent, Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour
