Introduction1g fiber in each cookie! 1g fiber in each cookie!
1 c margerine
2 c brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c white flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 c quick cooking rolled oats (not instant)
1 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c shredded coconut, unsweetened
Combine flour, baking powder and soda in a small bowl. Add to margerine mixture and stir well.
Add remaining 3 ingredients and stir. Drop 2 tbsp each, 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes. Makes approx 60 cookies.
