Chicken and Veggie Chunk Mix-up

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    4 oz Chicken Breast (cubed)
    4 oz Veggie Chunks
    6 oz Frozen Mixed Vegetable
    1/4 cup chopped raw veggies (onions, scallions, peppers, tomatoes, garlic and celery )

    1 Tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp dried oregano
    dash salt
    dash pepper



Directions

Season chicken brest and veggie chunks with salt and pepper.Heat olive oil and add chichen breast along with veggie chunks. Stir fry until golden brown, add mixed vegetable and other chopped vegetables. Continue stirring for 2 mins, then add lemon juice, oregano and enough water to cook.
