Serve on bed of shredded lettuce and with whole wheat crackers.

Ingredients

    2 TBS Miracle Whip Fat Free dressing
    1 TBS Light Sour Cream
    1/2 tsp dried garlic chips
    1 TBS dried Parsley
    7 oz can of Tuna, packed in water, drained
    8 oz can Water Chestnuts
    4 oz of Edamame [frozen, allow to thaw, doesn't need cooked]

Directions

Mix ingredients. Best if allowed to marinate flavors a while.
