Introduction

An old recipe for chili with some subsitutions. This isn't too spicy for those who like milder foods. An old recipe for chili with some subsitutions. This isn't too spicy for those who like milder foods.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Turkey
    1 can Pinto beans
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. salsa

Directions

makes about 8 servings.

Add ground turkey and onion to skillet. Cook over medium heat until turkey is browned. Add meat mixture and all other ingredients into a large pot and simmer for 30 to 1 hour.

Serve with low fat Cheddar cheese and tortilla chips if desired.
