3 egg replacement (6tbsp egg whites)
1.5 c water
2 tsp oil
1 c white flour
veg oil spray for cooking
Makes 4 per person.
2. Whisk in flour.
3. Let sit for 20 minutes.
4. Heat non-stick pan and spray with oil
5. Ladle 2 tbsp. crepe mixture into pan and swirl to coat bottom.
6. Cook about 2 minutes per side.
7. Keep heated until all are cooked.
8. Fill with filling of choice.
