Apple and turkey salad

Ingredients

    1/3 C apple jelly
    3 Tbsp horseradish mustard
    1 Lb turkey breast, cooked
    6 C salad mixed greens
    2 granny smith apples, chopped
    1/4 C chopped walnuts, toasted
    1 Tbsp cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp canola oil

Directions

Place apple jelly into a small pan. Heat until it melts. Add mustard and mix. Mix 2 Tbsp with vinegar and oil and blend. and save for dressing. Use the remainder of the mix to toss over the turkey.

Toss the greens, apples, and walnuts together. Divide greens onto a plate and divide the turkey on top. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp dressing
