Cabbage Roll Caserole

Ingredients

1 Kilo Lean Ground Chicken
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup mushroom pieces
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tbsp Basil
1 cup Harvest Medley California Rice
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 cup of water
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1/2 large cabbage, shreded
Directions
Brown Ground Chicken
Add onion, celery, mushrooms, green peppers, garlic, basil, rice, 1 can diced tomatoes & 1 cup of water
Let ingredients simmer until rice is cooked (30 minutes)
Spray 5 litre caserole dish with non-stick spray. Pre-heat overn to 350 F
Layer cabbage, veg mixture & 2nd can or tomatoes in a large (5 litre) caserole dish.
Cook in oven for 20 - 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
