1 1/2 cups chickpea flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil + more for frying
Heat an 8-in nonstick saucepan, spray pan with a light coating of olive oil or cooking spray. Ladle batter, 3 tblsp. at a time, into pan, cook 30 seconds on each side, until lightly golden.
6 servings of two crepes each.
