Rumbamel's Grilled Garlic Chicken Salad

Submitted by: RUMBAMEL

Introduction

My husband and I saw this recipe on T.V. years ago for this chicken salad a lady was trying to figure out from her relative from long ago. Turns out it was chicken, eggs, mayo, salt, pepper and the mystery ingredient...garlic powder. I grill my chicken in the skillet with the seasonings and add some to the mix as well. This recipe makes 10 servings of 1/2 C each. My husband and I saw this recipe on T.V. years ago for this chicken salad a lady was trying to figure out from her relative from long ago. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

-18 oz grilled boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked with seasonings, chopped or shredded and then cooled
-9 hard boiled eggs, cooled and diced
-1/2 c Kraft Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
    -garlic powder
    -salt
    -black pepper

Directions

*** The prep and cook time depends on if you cook the eggs ahead of time and how you cook them and if you shred the chicken in a food processor. Time could be shortened.

Mix the cooled shredded/chopped chicken, diced eggs, mayo in a med/large bowl and season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder to taste.

We eat with crackers (not included in the nutrition) or also good with lettuce (not in the nutrition).

Makes 10 servings of 1/2 c each.

Enjoy!
