Green Enchilada Casserole



Introduction

An old family favorite with a lighter twist An old family favorite with a lighter twist
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup 98 % fat free
    16-18 oz Chicken Breast Fillets
    2 4 oz can chopped green chiles
    1 bag of Tostitos Light Tortilla Chips
    1 c Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 onion chopped
    1/2 c nonfat milk

Directions

Cook chicken and dice. Heat soup and add milk chicken, green chilis, and onions.

In a 2 quart baking dish, cover the bottom of the pan with a layer of chips. Then layer soup mixture, chips and top with cheese. Repeat soup, chips and cheese.

Bake at 350 until cheese is melted about 15 minutes.

Recipe calculated using 1 lb 2 oz of chicken.
