Introduction

A dip my mother in law created that we often eat on special occasions as an appetizer. It pairs perfectly with slice cucumber, celery, carrots, and slices of bell pepper. A dip my mother in law created that we often eat on special occasions as an appetizer. It pairs perfectly with slice cucumber, celery, carrots, and slices of bell pepper.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 oz. Cream Cheese, non-fat
    8 oz. Sour Cream, reduced fat
    8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    8 oz. Picante, mild, med, or hot to suit your taste

Directions

Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and picante. I use my mixer to blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and picante. I then add in the cheese. You can serve immediatley or refrigerate. Refrigeration allows the dip some resting time for flavors to mix. Cover dip when refrigerating. Enjoy with sliced veggies or crackers.
