Introduction

Refreshing and filling! All the nutrients you could possibly need in a breakfast. Refreshing and filling! All the nutrients you could possibly need in a breakfast.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    * Collards, 2 cup, chopped
    * Spinach, fresh, .5 bunch
    * Beets, fresh, .25 beet (2" dia)
    * Cucumber (peeled), 6 slice
    * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 2 cup, unthawed
    * Banana, fresh, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
    * Mangos, .25 fruit without refuse

Directions

Blend the greens with water & strain out the pulp. Next reblend the green juice with the fruit and you have a smoothie.
