Ingredients

    Seasoning:
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

    Masala:
    *Hot Chili Peppers, 5 roasted
    Tamcon Tamarind Concentrate, 10 gram(s) 1/4 tsp.
    *Coriander seed, 1 tbsp roasted
Fenugrik ( methi) seeds 15, roasted.
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
White Rice, long grain, raw, 2 tsp.

Tilapia filet, 24 oz ( 2 frozen 12 oz bags)
Salt, .5 tsp or to taste

Directions

Blend all the masala ingredients with 1/2 -1 cup of water till smooth in a blender. Fry chopped onions in Olive oil till parts of it is brown and others transparent ( this happens when you chop some finely and others corasely). Rinse the defrosted tilapia fillet and cut in 3 pieces, apply salt and mix well.

Drop the masala in and bring to a boil. Add 1/2 more cup of water to rinse the blender and use that too. Simmer on low flame for 5 more minutes. Drop the fish fillet sliced in 3 pieces ( set aside the really thin slices ) Let cook on simmer until solid and done. Add the really thin slices a minute before the rest are done or they will be lost being over cooked.

Once all the fish pieces are solid, turn the heat off and cover the pot tightly with the lid for the spices to adhere to the fish. Serve hot with rice.
