Onions, raw, 1 medium
Garlic, 1.5 clove
Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium
Green Peppers 0.5 cup, chopped
Tomato Paste, .5 can (6 oz)
Red Pepper Flakes, 1/4 tsp
Thyme, 1/4 tsp
Oregano, 1/4 tsp
Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 3 cup
White Rice, long grain, 2 cup
Directions
1. Heat oil, add veggies and garlic; saute till veggies soften (appx 5 min)
2. Add next 4 ingredients; saute 1 min
3. Add broth; bring to boil and cook appx 30 min till thickened
4. Add shrimp; cook 4 min
5. Serve over rice
