1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
10 3/4 oz can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
10 3/4 oz can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
(can also substitute Cream of Celery for one of the other soups)
1/2 Cup White Wine
1 Cup Sour Cream
Cook on low for eight to ten hours.
Remove chicken from slow cooker. Mix sour cream into slow cooker gravy. Return chicken to slow cooker.
Serve in whole pieces or shredded with gravy over rice or pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.

This has actually been a family favorite in our house for several years...I was tickled to find it also on Spark Recipes! I use the Cream of Celery soup in place of the Cream of Chicken. The sauce is so good, it's almost sinful!! My college football player son requests this all the time. - 5/22/08
This was really good. I took 3 chicken breasts and sliced them in half to make 3 pieces and it took half the time to cook. The directions say to add sour cream, but the ingredients don't mention sour cream so I just made a guess at it. I would definately make it again!! - 7/21/08
