With a cup of milk (for Vitamin D and B), in the morning this becomes a quick on the go way of getting that high fiber and protein start to the day. Ingredients

1 1/2 cups dry rolled oats
6 metamucil fiber capsules
2 scoops (22.2 gr each) Whey Protein Isolate
2 Tbsp Tang Drink Mix (Vit C)
2 Tbsp Coco Powder (extra dark)
2 Tbsp Craisins
3/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter
1/2 cup warm water
Directions
Reserve 1/2 cup of the oats until the end, take remaining dry ingredients and blend until fine in a blender. Pour powder into a bowl and mix in peanut butter. Pour in warm water and mix quickly and then let sit for a minute, allowing the oats to absorb the moisture.
Sprinkle the remaining un-blended oats on a piece of wax paper. Scoop out mixture on top of the oats and turn several time to coat the outside. Flatten into 4 x 12 inch. slab and cut into 1 1/2 inch bars -- will make 8. Place in refrigerator. If you wish a dry version, reduce water to 1/4 cup and dry overnight in 100 degree oven.
