Black eyed peas

Ingredients

    2 16 oz packages frozen blackeyed peas
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 15 oz can tomatoes with chilies
    1 C salsa
    1 C diced lean ham
    4 C water

Directions

Place all items into a large pot and cook for a minimum of 1 hour on low heat. I used a vegetable boullion cube to add a bit more flavor.
