1 1/2 lbs. lean beef, cubed 2 tbl. flour 1 package dry onion soup mix 1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 cup onion, sliced 6 carrots, sliced 1/2 cup red wine
Place meat in slow cooker and coat with the flour. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the soup and soup mix with the wine. Pour on top of the meat. Do not stir. Place carrots and onions on top of soup mixture. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on High for 6 hours or Low for 8-10 hours. Serve with whole wheat noodles or brown rice.
