Ingredients

1 lb - extra lean ground beef
1 tsp - steak seasoning
1/2 lb turkey bacon
1 leak, chopped and cleaned
1 garlic clove, pressed or finely minced
4C - beef broth
4C - water
15oz can of petite diced tomatoes, undrained
4 oz - 2% velveeta cheese product
1 T - spicy brown mustard
2 T - Heinz One Carb Ketchup
1/2 tsp - liquid smoke
Directions
Makes 8-10 HEARTY one cup servings.
In a 6-8 quart pot brown the ground beef and if needed drain, set aside.
In the same pot brown turkey bacon and when almost finished add in the leeks and garlic. Saute until leeks are softened.
Add in remaining ingredients to pot and simmer on medium for approximately 15 minutes. Stirring occassionally.
For added flavor and texture garnish with additional crispy bacon pieces, shredded cheddar cheese and/or chopped scallions on top.
