1/4 Cup~ Chopped ion
2~ Cups Pre Washed packaged fresh baby spinach leaves
1/2~ Cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 Cup sea Scallops
2.~Add spinach & tomatoes;cook,tossing gently, until spinach is wilted,2-minutes
3.~ Push vegtable mixture to one side,making room in skillet or scallops.Add scallops;brown quickly on all sides.
