Ingredients

    2 Eggs
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp sugar,
    1 tsp mustard powder
    1 clove garlic crushed
    1/2 cup of Fresh green herbs. suggest parsley, mint & basil
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    2 cups salad oil.

Directions

Beat Eggs, then add
salt, sugar, mustard, green herbs in food prossesor.
Drizzle in 1/4 cup white vinegar & 2 cups of salad oil. Pulse till blended,(only takes a few secs)
Keeps very well in the fridge.
