Black Bean Soup

Introduction

A yummy and VERY low calorie soup. I love to serve it over brown rice, enjoy with some sour cream, guacamole or tortilla chips. :D A yummy and VERY low calorie soup. I love to serve it over brown rice, enjoy with some sour cream, guacamole or tortilla chips. :D
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cans black beans, un drained
    1 Can chicken stock ( use vegetable for vegetarian, or bouillon cubes in water)
    2/3 cups salsa, any kind you prefer
    1 packet taco seasoning, or to taste
    1 tsp cilantro, more is using fresh, to taste



Directions

Mix all ingredients and let boil, then lower to a simmer and let cook for ten minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
