Ingredients

1 cup mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
6 cups water
1 14 oz. can whole tomatoes, crushed with hands
1 T. Italian seasoning blend
Directions
Put everything in to a large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
