Introduction

not too sweet, low fat breakfast. not too sweet, low fat breakfast.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    one cup unbleached flour
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/4 cup splenda
    ( or sweetner of choice, equal to 1/4 of sugar)
    1Tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 egg
    1 cup raspberries
    1 banana(mashed)

Directions

stir fruit, liquids, sweetener, oats and baking powder together til blended. Add flours, stir til moistened. knead on floured table 10 times. Roll out to 3/4 inch.
cut into 12 pieces. Place on greased cookie sheet
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Good with jam and or butter or alone.
