Orange Honeyed Chicken

Ingredients

8oz boneless, skinless chicken*
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp onion powder (or 2 tbsp chopped onion)
1/8 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp water (or dry white wine)
2 oranges
*I used about half a pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, but you could use more if you wanted to feed more people.
Directions
Brown chicken in skillet.
Mix orange juice, honey, onion powder, and black pepper and add to chicken. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Once chicken is finished, remove from skillet, leaving the juices in the pan. Add flour and water to the left over juices and stir until thickened. Add slices of oranges to skillet until heated. Spoon over chicken.
* I cooked up some whole grain rice and put the chicken and the oranges on top. Very filling!
